Sofia Manning and I have written a substantial book unfolding the personal progress. We agree that it is impossible to find a fixed formula. The book emphasizes personal growth and functions as a guide to the importance of maintaining a curious and open attitude. We share our own experiences, sources of inspiration and the lessons we have learnt from Zen Masters, grandmothers, western philosophers and life itself.
We are convinced that it is always possible to find the inspiration to overcome new assignments, to abandon negative traits of mind and to grow with the challenges you encounter on your way. It is never too late to become the person you thought you were going to be!
We share our own decisions and the situations which have had an impact on our lives: how we’ve made peace with ourselves and how we’ve managed to keep the internal dialogue tamed. We explain how we’ve found our flow and passion – and we reflect on how others can do the same.
Sofia (Coach) and myself have written a book on the subject of self-development. In "Personlig Karma" we try to approach the subject in a humble manner and hopefully the book is read as a support and as an encouragement to discover your personal karma.

Sofia and I decided that we'd share some of the exercises from the book with those of you who haven't had time to buy the book yet.
These are exercises which are helpful if you are stressed or to help you to be more present.
