Burd Delivery is Denmark’s – and Northern Europe’s – highest ranked delivery service on Trustpilot. We deliver parcels on behalf of webshops and retail outlets to their customers. Burd Delivery offers same-day deliveries and delivery in the evenings between 17.30 and 21.30.
If a customer orders a package before the respective webshop’s cut-off (as late as 16.00), Burd Delivery makes sure the parcel arrives the same evening. Burd Delivery has a first-try delivery rate of 97 %, and the delivery staff (the Burds) deliver using their own bicycles, electric cars and ordinary cars. All Burds are hired by Burd Delivery.
Burd Delivery is different because it relies on people to delivery their neighbor’s parcels; while having an uncompromising emphasis on customer service. Burd Delivery has several notifications regarding delivery time and sends a live-tracker around 40 minutes before delivery. All delivery staff is trained to be polite and friendly to ensure the delivery can become a positive in the overall online purchasing experience; and not merely something in between that needs to be done.
Burd Delivery’s mission is to make people love sending and receiving stuff. We do this because an excellent delivery experience empowers online businesses, which we consider a unique platform for gaining access to personalized goods that otherwise would not exist.
